Powers & Sons has completed two major projects for Indianapolis Public Library.

  • We are currently building a $9.2M new branch library in West Perry Township. LEED Silver Certification will be pursued for the 25,000 SF facility featuring universal design standards on a six-acre site.
  • We also built the award-winning East 38th Street Branch, which received a Monumental Affair Merit Award in the community development category from Keep Indianapolis Beautiful in 2003.
