Powers & Sons Construction has partnered with Brinshore Development on several projects over the years, including the award-winning Red Maple Grove in Indianapolis and McCrory Senior Apartments in Chicago.

Notably, we had the honor of partnering with Brinshore on Legends South, a sweeping, ten-year, $143M+ new public housing project comprised of 95 low-rise buildings and 618 affordable apartment units, also in Chicago.
