As part of Women in Construction Week, the women from our North offices came together for a special luncheon at the Chicago Yacht Club.
The event created an opportunity for women across our teams and departments to connect, share experiences, discuss the evolving construction industry, and celebrate one another’s accomplishments. From conversations surrounding career growth and leadership to the importance of representation and support within the industry, the luncheon reflected the strong community and culture that continues to grow within Powers & Sons Construction.
