INDIANA CONVENTION CENTER
Powers & Sons has served as general contractor on two major expansion projects for the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium.
- Phase IV was a 140,000 SF expansion with additional back-of-house and enlarged public areas making the facility at that time the largest U.S. convention space.
- Phase V was a 475,000 SF expansion with more exhibit and meeting space, pre-function areas, and registration lobbies. Work included an enclosed connector to Lucas Oil Stadium.
