This Allied Argenta property is a nearly 72,000 SF new multi-family affordable apartment community serving Southern Indiana adults who are ages 55+ and adults with special needs. With a total of 70 fully accessible units, the one-bedroom apartments are 675 SF and the two-bedroom apartments are 875 SF.  Two three-story building wings are attached to a central core with common areas including business/computer center, community room, fitness center, and laundry.
