Powers & Sons has completed 100+ McDonald’s projects in central Indiana, northwest Indiana, and Chicagoland. Our relationship with McDonald’s dates back to 1985.

Our work has included ground-up new construction, demolishing dated restaurants and rebuilding new ones, and updating and improving interior dining and kitchen areas, exterior parking, and drive-through service lanes.

The Powers team earned recognition for completing one Chicago restaurant in just 56 days and another in 72 days.
