Founders Square Park

Powers & Sons built a new a 72,000 SF outdoor community concert and performance venue. Our scope included site preparation, paving, and landscaping surrounding an elevated main stage with lawn seating.

Located in Founders Square Park at 6301 Founders Square Drive, the project was a key component of a municipal redevelopment plan to build a sense of community in the local area.

The work took place during an exceptionally rainy spring and required site dewatering to avoid scheduling delays.
