Powers & Sons completed new construction combined with upgrades and improvements at this 17-acre Hammond Parks & Recreation property at 59 Columbia Avenue.

Work included site demolition, grading, and adding new off-street parking, a new picnic shelter, new restrooms, an interactive water feature with splash pad, a new playground, new mechanical building, fresh landscaping, and permanent memorials honoring the civil rights legacy of Dr. King.
