Powers & Sons served as construction manager for renovations and improvements at Fall Creek Valley Middle School as part of MSD Lawrence Township’s Blue Ribbon Facilities initiative. The project included approximately 250,000 square feet of interior upgrades, featuring new finishes, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and fixtures throughout classrooms and offices. Major renovations were also completed in key areas such as the media center, cafeteria, music spaces, and gymnasiums. Exterior and site improvements enhanced safety and functionality, including new sidewalks, parking areas, athletic field upgrades, and the addition of a new soccer field.
