Powers & Sons served as construction manager for renovations and a new addition at Belzer Middle School as part of MSD Lawrence Township’s Blue Ribbon Facilities initiative. The project included extensive interior upgrades across approximately 250,000 square feet, featuring new finishes, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and fixtures in classrooms and offices. A 16,000-square-foot multi-purpose addition was also constructed, along with major improvements to key areas such as the media center, cafeteria, music rooms, and gymnasiums. Exterior updates enhanced safety and functionality, including new sidewalks, a redesigned parking lot and traffic flow, a bus turnaround, and installation of an underground retention system.
