This Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) project was for a new state-of-the-art elementary school.

Built on the same site as a previous school, the building consists of four sections totaling 88,000 SF.

The internal structural system is steel with poured-in-place composite concrete decks.

The exterior façade of this two-story building is comprised of masonry veneer, punched aluminum windows, and an aluminum and glass entry.

Work included the relocation of Olney Street for the City of Indianapolis. A new playground with park area and landscaping throughout the site was also included in the scope.
