Powers & Sons delivered design-build and general contracting services for the 16,000 SF interior build-out of an adult education center.

The facility features an on-site child day care center, classrooms, study areas, administrative offices, a student lounge, staff break room, and restrooms.

The Excel Center, operated by Goodwill Industries of Northern Indiana, serves adult students aged 18 and older who are taking courses and studying to earn high school diplomas.
