Powers & Sons built a new, 45,066 SF charter school and middle college for GEO Academies.

Our scope of work included site excavation, site preparation, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, roofing, glass and glazing, doors and hardware, metal studs and drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, and elevator equipment.

Multiple prime contractors working simultaneously on the project required good coordination to minimize potential scheduling conflicts. Work was completed on a fast-tracked schedule to open for the beginning of the 2013-14 academic year.
