Powers & Sons built a new 74,000 SF reporting center for a Midwestern regional utility provider. The dual-purpose facility serves as an administrative building and a vehicle/equipment service and storage hub. It is constructed using pre-cast concrete panels. The Powers team built a multi-bay service garage, office and storage spaces, meeting and conference rooms, a lunch room with kitchen, and locker room with showers. A mezzanine houses mechanical systems. Security fencing protects the property, which includes multiple outbuildings, parking areas, and paved drives. This is the second facility Powers & Sons has built for this client.
