Completed on a fast-tracked schedule, Powers & Sons build of 20,000 SF of new interior retail space for Whole Foods Market on a 5.5 acre parcel with two out lots.

Part of a larger 13-acre Englewood Square development located near Kennedy King Community College, we oversaw the installation of all interior fixtures, equipment, and finishes.

The market provides convenient access to fresh, healthy food for residents living in low-income areas on Chicago’s south side. With its opening, 2,648 more residents now live one mile or less from the nearest grocery.
