Construction of this new 4,300 SF Culver’s restaurant at 3355 South Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Bronzeville was part of Phase 2 of the Lake Meadows Retail Development, an initiative in which Powers & Sons served as general contractor. This restaurant was the first Culver’s in Chicago. Powers & Sons oversaw all interior and exterior construction work and finishing, including a full-service kitchen, drive-through lane, and inside dining areas.
