Powers & Sons Construction was the owner’s representative overseeing 125,000 SF of new construction for student housing at Indiana State University.

Located at 500 Wabash Avenue, this five-story retail and housing development features contemporary urban architectural features and finishes.

The ground level is comprised of 22,000 SF for shops, restaurants, and offices. The upper four floors contain 75 apartment units with beds for 260 students.

The Powers & Sons team represented the university at all construction and project-related meetings, maintaining records and reports about work performed by general contractors and subcontractors.

We developed and maintained production, progress, and completion schedules from pre-construction planning through construction completion and the transition to occupancy.
