Construction Management as Constructor Services were provided for this three-story renovation which included a complete heating and air conditioning system upgrades inclusive of two roof-top units. The project included the renovation of existing space to include new laboratories, classrooms, offices, restrooms, and historic preservation of the auditorium and lobby.
