Powers & Sons provided Construction Management Services for the interior build-out of 84,000 square feet, in the Illinois Institute of Technology’s IITRI Tower. The project was located on three floors (14, 15 & 16) each consisting of 28,000 square feet; and provided functional office space for the City of Chicago’s Police and Fire Departments. Construction was completed in four months.
