Illinois Bell Building

General Construction services were provided to The University of Chicago for the renovation of the Illinois Bell Building. Located on campus, this project featured exterior and interior renovations including: exterior masonry restoration, new windows, new building infrastructure (Electrical, Sprinkler, Plumbing and Mechanical Systems), new lobby, new main entrance, and site work. The work also included the installation of two new elevators and two new pedestrian bridges spanning the former light court that was converted into an enclosed atrium with a skylight.
