Powers & Sons Construction renovated four (4) 325 SF labor, delivery, and recovery (LDR) units at Methodist Hospital’s Northlake Campus.

Existing furniture and finishes were removed and replaced, including new floor tiles, wall coverings, ceiling tiles, plumbing fixtures, and casework.

To minimize disruption in patient care, work was completed in four phases and each room was turned over to the owner as it was completed.
