As general contractor for the new construction of a 32,000 SF Midlake Campus for Methodist Hospitals Powers & Sons addressed the mitigation of unsuitable soil on the site in addition to driving new piles to support the new structural foundation.

The building’s design featured state-of-the-art outpatient rehabilitation spaces, including a hydrotherapy pool and gymnasium. It also featured clinic and patient treatment areas for OB-GYN, internal medicine, general surgery, radiology, and other medical specialties.

Administrative and office spaces, meeting and conference rooms, and EMS training areas were included.
