The Powers & Sons team oversaw a complete interior demolition and renovation of 7,400 SF of existing office space for an immediate care clinic. Operated by Methodist Hospitals, the Care First Immediate Care clinic is located at 751 East 81^st Place.

The community clinic consists of patient treatment rooms, a conference room, nurses’ stations, examination rooms, an X-ray room, lobby with reception desk and waiting area, administrative offices, restrooms, and a staff break room.
