Powers & Sons remodeled an existing neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Riley Children’s Hospital  and converted some of it into administrative space.

Located directly above the hospital’s operating theatre and adjacent to a pediatric intensive care unit, we established control barriers and negative air flow within the construction zone to prevent the risk of infection. We also worked with facility managers to ensure work did not impact patient care or regular operations.
