Powers & Sons finished and renovated 31,800 SF of interior shell space for Eskenazi Health.

Part of the fourth floor was being used for IT training, which needed to continue during construction. We worked closely with key stakeholders to create a schedule that fit.

Work was completed in three phases, with each phase turned over for occupancy after completion. Timely pre-construction planning and collaboration with multiple stakeholders (including safety, security, the design team, and user groups) ensured success.

Construction activities and critical utility shutdowns were communicated and planned well in advance so staff were prepared. Work causing loud noises and vibrations was also carefully scheduled. Eskenazi staff and subcontractors commented on the cleanliness of the job site.
