Powers & Sons an existing  retail space and converting it into MedCheck Greenwood, a 5,100 SF urgent care center operated by Community Health Network.

Located at 489 South State Road 135, the facility provides emergency outpatient medical services ranging from treatment of broken bones, minor cuts, and burns to work-related injuries, X-rays, and lab testing.

Restrooms were relocated, which involved major slab demolition and new underground plumbing. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work included installation of a new roof-top unit (RTU) for heating and cooling and retrofitting existing RTUs to make them code-compliant.

High-end interior finishes included radius bulkheads with uplighting, angled walls, glass door/wall systems, and porcelain tile. The project also included installation of X-ray equipment.
