AIR HANDLING UNITS

One of five projects Powers & Sons has completed for Advocate Health Care at South Suburban Hospital, this scope of work was to install three new air-handling units (AHUs).

Because the hospital was open and operational, all critical HVAC systems had to remain fully functional throughout.

Powers & Sons demolished and removed outdated existing units, replacing them with new systems to power the 233-bed hospital. We adhered to hospital protocols for maintaining good air quality.
