Powers & Sons has a long-standing relationship with U.S. Bank.

We delivered this 18,000 SF interior build of the 11th floor at 190 South LaSalle Street according to an ambitious 56-day schedule. Work required good communication with engineers, subcontractors, and building managers.

Powers & Sons built private executive offices, semi-private and open-concept offices, collaboration spaces, meeting and conference rooms, IT server rooms, wellness room, dining areas, and restrooms, including a private executive washroom.

High-end spaces for meeting with private clients were built with features including custom casework, glass tile, flooring, and elegant finishes.

Work was coordinated to minimize noise, dust, and vibrations in areas adjacent to other tenants.
