Powers & Sons managed the new construction of the Fifth Third Bank Stony Island branch.

The 4,000 SF building included preparing the concrete foundation, building frames and trusses, applying a brick veneer, completing the interior build-out, and constructing teller and ATM drive-through lanes.

The Powers team self-performed 30 percent of the work, managing a team of subcontractors for the remainder.
