One of several Fifth Third Bank projects, our work on the ground-up new construction of this 4,200 SF Fifth Third Bank included site preparation, utility installation, and access to and from the main road.

The Powers & Sons team built the concrete foundation followed by wood framing and trusses.

Inside, we built and finished all interior spaces, including lobby, teller counters, offices, restrooms, and administrative areas.

The exterior features a brick, stone, and pre-cast masonry finish. Drive-through teller and ATM lanes, sidewalks and curbs, and a paved parking lot were also included.
