Powers & Sons completed a 17,600 SF interior build on the 35th floor of a high-rise office tower for the Chicago office of a global real estate investment firm. Our scope included remodeling two office suites available for lease, including common areas, meeting and collaboration spaces, lunch rooms, and restrooms. We have also delivered two projects for this client at 525 West Monroe Street in Chicago.
