This BMO Harris Bank project was for a phased interior renovation.
Our work included complete MEP upgrades, custom casework, contemporary new interior finishes, and ADA-compliant features, including restrooms and entries, for 3,600 SF of space. Structural work installing a new glass-enclosed entrance with revolving door, new terrazzo flooring, and bullet-resistant glass teller partitions.
The bank was open for business during construction, so temporary partitions were erected in construction zones. The ATM was relocated to provide continued customer access.
Nearly 20 suppliers and subcontractors were involved with this project.
