Powers & Sons renovated an existing BMO Harris Bank branch in Pilsen. Our scope was to convert the space to a smart bank with digital technologies, virtual tellers, and an ATM in a 24-hour secure vestibule. The freshly renovated interior featured modern, updated finishes.

During the project, we built a temporary bank across the street from the permanent location to house staff needed for ongoing customer service operations.

The construction schedule included three weeks to complete the temporary space and five weeks to finish the permanent bank branch. We met the ambitious schedule and delivered the work on time and within budget.
