Over the years, Powers & Sons has completed nearly one dozen BMO Harris Bank projects.

The 14,600 SF scope of work included building administrative and executive offices for BMO Harris and Jones Lang LaSalle employees on the 24th floor of a high-rise at 111 West Monroe Street.

New private offices, meeting and conference rooms, open-concept office spaces, a dining room, restrooms, and other areas featuring modern materials and contemporary finishes were constructed. We installed new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT, and security systems, connecting them to existing building systems.

Renovations were completed in two phases following a tight schedule: (1) the first phase was 15 weeks and (2) the second was eight weeks.

Strategic management for procurement of long lead materials during a three-week pre-construction phase kept the project on track.
