ROSENWALD COURTS APARTMENTS RECEIVES AWARD
The newly revamped Rosenwald Courts apartments were named one of the winners of the 2017 Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Preservation Award by Landmarks Illinois, a Chicago-based nonprofit. Powers & Sons Construction was part of the development team as the General Contractor for the project.
