Powers & Sons Construction takes a leading role in founding Lakeside Alliance. A joint venture between five firms, the alliance is selected to build the new Obama Presidential Center in Chicago. Kelly is co-leading the alliance’s effort to leverage the construction to create jobs, drive economic opportunity, and enrich the city’s south side.
