Michelle joined Powers & Sons in 2019 and has advanced through key leadership roles to her current position as Chief of Staff. She provides strategic oversight of human resources, executive support, and administrative operations across all offices and locations, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive organizational alignment, operational excellence, and company-wide initiatives.
