DAN O’LAUGHLIN
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER & DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS
Dan joined the Powers & Sons team in 1990 and is a senior project manager. In addition to his construction management responsibilities, Dan serves as director of field operations and is responsible for staffing, managing, and training construction superintendents. He coordinates the company's general contracting and construction field force throughout Northwestern Indiana and Illinois.
Dan's ability to develop positive working rapport with team members, along with his construction knowledge and personal determination, tenacity, and a keen sense of timing, enable him to deliver high-quality results on every project.
Skilled in collaborating with owners, architects, and engineering teams, Dan ensures Powers & Sons' projects adhere to schedules, budget requirements, safety guidelines, and otherwise meet client expectations for usability, functionality, and aesthetics.
