This Powers & Sons project was to demolish an existing 1,900 SF U.S. Bank and complete the ground-up new construction of a larger 3,200 SF bank on the same site.

The new bank’s interior featured a more inviting, spacious lobby with comfortable seating, updated teller counters, private and semi-private office spaces, improved restrooms, and related operational spaces.

Exterior work included an attached canopy over a drive-through operation with multiple teller and an ATM lane.
