For this project, Powers & Sons delivered a 3,678 SF interior build-out for the Obama Foundation on the ground floor of Harper Court, a building owned and operated by the University of Chicago.

Work included constructing open office spaces, a glass-front conference and media room, and common areas for foundation employees, including a kitchenette and restrooms.

The building is located at 5235 South Harper Court in Hyde Park.
