Powers and Sons partnered with Davis to renovate the historic George W. Julian School 57, completing both interior and exterior upgrades. The work included repairing walls and doors to prevent water infiltration and improve energy performance, along with interior wall fixes and new classroom flooring. Additional improvements featured updated stairway handrails and the installation of new LED lighting and telecommunications systems throughout the building. Exterior updates enhanced traffic flow, safety, and parking capacity.
