Powers & Sons provided design-build services for the new construction of a 3,600 SF ComEd storage building.

Located at 7601 South Lawndale, exterior work included remediation of unsuitable soil. We built the slab and building foundation. Our completed all interior walls and finishing, including rack and storage equipment installation.
